About Me
Wife, Mother, Rancher.
I am a stay-at-home mom who has raised four children with one still at home. I love the smell of saddle leather and how it feels to sit on top of a horse and go for a ride.
Growing up I lived in a subdivision but always loved visiting my grandparent’s farm. It was an escape for me. I realized living in the country was in my blood and everywhere we have lived we have gotten further and further from town.
My Family
My husband is my rock and my personal MacGyver. The man is amazing and works hard to provide for our family and he loves to play in the dirt and destresses from a hard day driving his tractor.
We work together to get projects done. There is always a fence to mend, animals to feed, and eggs to collect. We feel truly blessed to live the life we live.
"We hope to inspire others to stop, take a moment, and breathe."
The Cedar J Ranch is our little corner of Montana. We have 107 acres with several ponds and a habitat for a variety of wildlife.
We currently have horses, variety of chickens, ducks, four dogs, two cats, beehives and then there are the crazy humans who run the place.
The Ranch
We registered with the state as the Cedar J Ranch in August of 2020. I have always wanted to live on a ranch. I love the whole lifestyle. If one is not born into the lifestyle or is not independently wealthy, starting a ranch from scratch is a near impossible endeavor.
We are not a huge operation, just big enough to be good stewards over the land we have been blessed with. My hope is to share our journey with others as we venture into the ranching lifestyle. We hope to inspire others to stop, take a moment, and breathe. Saddle up with us, we hope you enjoy the ride.
